Shipping and Handling

We are currently offering free shipping via USPS for a limited time on all U.S. jewelry orders.

We attempt to ship orders in the most reasonable time frame possible. For most items in stock, shipment will usually take place within 72 hours. Items that are unavailable or delayed shipping will be noted. Unless items are noted, shipping and handling cost are added to the cost of the order and charged to the customer. We attempt to calculate the total shipping and handling cost of orders at the time of purchase. We charge customers when the order has been shipped. However, at times exact shipping cost are not known due to different sourcing locations or other variables in shipping, in these circumstances the shipping cost may be adjusted to reflect the actual cost of shipping the order.

Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy:

To ensure your total satisfaction: WholesaleKufis.com will refund 100% of the transaction amount and bear the cost of return shipping up to $5.95 in the event that:There has been an error in shipping (e.g. Shipped the wrong item) on the part of WholesaleKufis.com. The item received does not follow the specifications detailed on our site and buyer has not been informed prior to receiving it.Manufacturers/suppliers defective item.


WholesaleKufis.com will accept any merchandise items for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase date that have not been washed or worn. WholesaleKufis.com will not accept for return or exchange any packaged non-wearables, including CDs, cassettes, DVDs, or videos once opened. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for digital downloads and all sales are final. There is a $4.00 exchange fee required for all exchanges unless otherwise stated. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your order, please e-mail us at info@wholesalekufis.com.

All Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

The customer is required to notify us via email within 7 days of receipt of shipment in order for full refund to be credited. Please send refund request to refund@wholesalekufis.com to obtain RMA number. Include the following information in your email:

Explanation of error or reason for return

include RMA#

Items must be returned and received in good condition by WholesaleKufis.com within 30 days of original shipping date. The customer bears the cost of return shipment unless other wise stated.
